Service contracts provide timely management of equipment. This is accomplished by advanced notification with a fixed charge.
  1. Basic Contract
    (a) Provides complete preventive maintenance management. Proper maintenance reduces need for emergency visits.


  2. Extended Contract
    (a) Provides emergency visits in addition to preventive maintenance. Parts will be determined by a qualified field service engineer.


  3. Customized Contract
    (a) Provides flexibility in setting up a fixed number of visits based on need.


  4. Phone Support Contract
    (a) Provides troubleshooting support to isolate problems and to determine if on-site visit may be necessary.
