PC80 Process Monitoring Software is a sophisticated, comprehensive, highly configurable software environment which automates all aspects of composition monitoring including:

Monitoring multiple streams. Controls fiber optic multiplexer, Optibus® beam switches, or stream select valves to select up to 35 streams.

Getting sample to the cell/probe. Controls I/O to switch valves and verify proper sample system operation.

Measuring sample. Collecting spectra using the exact parameters appropriate for each analysis

Extracting composition data from spectra. Applies virtually any type of quantitative analysis routine including CPSA (ExxonMobil licensed), MATLAB and PLS.

Validating the measurement. Checks sample and spectrum parameters against prescribed limits

Formatting and reporting results. Delivers results in a variety of ways including discrete analog/digital (standard 4-20 mA/dry contact), MODBUS and other protocols (optional - may require additional communication software module)

Achiving Data. Archiving all chemical composition information and selected spectra.

Performing periodic special operations. Executes specific user defined operations such as background collection.

Securing operation. Allows different levels of security access to protect operation from interruption.

PC80 provides a simple, configurable user interface which typically displays current spectrum vs. saved and/or last spectrum, trend lines for data monitored, and statistics for data monitored. It also displays current operation and system status indicators and has a comprehensive on-line help system for quick reference.
