The next evolution in AIT’s line of analytical technologies is the RPM 785 and RPM MD analyzers. The RPM Series are multi-channel CCD based Raman analyzers designed for real-time process monitoring and process development applications.
With technology derived from our development of the Smart Raman Spectrometer Demonstration Unit project as part of the Mars Instrument Development Project program for NASA Research, the RPM series features several new technological advances in Raman. These advances include a new benchmark in signal to noise ratio that allows the RPM Series to perform a wide variety of applications. In addition, a unique continuous automatic frequency scale correction, NeXCAL, provides permanent calibration.
The RPM Series is manufactured with the same strong heritage of over thirty years experience in producing robust analyzers. It extends the capabilities of applications already served by over 3500 worldwide installations deployed in a diverse range of industries including pharmaceutical, biotech, polymer, petrochemical, refining, oil and gas, metals, aerospace, and automotive.
