The PIONIR and MVP use several software packages to meet your measurement needs, including:
Remote Management Station (RMS), Windows based analyzer control and configuration software used for system operation, monitoring, configuration and diagnostics. RMS software includes customizable security control to provide only the required screens your users. Includes real-time display of spectra, predictions and over 30 system sensors.
Script Language Software
The PIONIR operates using a flexible script language, allowing a high degree of customization. Each system can be completely customized for your operations. Variables such as system timings, file I/O, DCS I/O, displays and status indicators can all be customized, including use of local languages (using English characters).
Spectrum Quant (Licensed from Perkin Elmer)
Windows-based chemometric software includes PLS1, PLS2 and PCR. Includes Expert system calibration, method development wizard and method validation, and the ability to view multiple graphs simultaneously.
Modbus DCS Interface Package (Optional)
Allows bidirectional communications between your DCS and the PIONIR 1024. This allows you to incorporate important information beyond the estimated properties, such as instrument status indicators and spectrum quality indicators such as the Mahalanobis distance and spectral residual. By sending this additional information to the DCS, alarms can be set to indicate when service is needed. In addition, the DCS can send information to the PIONIR to initiate operations such as a manual probe wash, or a sample capture. Includes windows configuration file builder for ease of setup.
PC-Anywhere
Used for remote modem support - Allows us to check up on, troubleshoot and control your analyzer from our office.
Calibration Transfer
AVI Software (Absolute Virtual Instrument, licensed from Perkin Elmer) - Patented software that provides you the ability to transfer spectra and calibration models between analyzers.
