Amine Stream Analyzer CS 200 » Applications

The CS 200 is designed to optimize amine units in the sulfur recovery process. It can be used in natural gas plants as well oil refineries, which utilize amine units. Critical operating parameters including reduced steam usage, reduced amine degradation, reduced hydrocarbon carryover, maximized CO2 slippage and reduced corrosion levels are achieved.

The CS 200 has been documented to have a payback period of 8 months in sulfur recovery operations averaging 100 tons/day of sulfur production.

The CS 200 can is compatible with all amines including MEA, DEA, MDEA, DFIPA and DGA as well as specially formulated amines. Please consult the factory if you are using an amine not specified above.
