Process Gas Chromatograph » 931D » Technology

The 931D Process Gas Chromatograph system consists of an analyzer section and a microprocessor-based controller. The analyzer section provides a controlled environment (air bath oven) for the sample injection valves, chromatographic columns, and detectors. The controller section with user interface front panel, dedicated to the analyzer, performs all chromatographic control operations from stream switching in the sample conditioning system through data processing, networking and presentation.

The analyzer is designed to simplify operations, give high reliability and minimize maintenance in a wide range of applications and analysis needs. The 931D can be configured with a variety of detectors such as a Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD) for measuring percent level of components, Flame ionization Detector (FID) for measuring ppm or ppb levels of hydrocarbons, or the Flame Photometric Detector (FPD) for measuring ppm or ppb levels of sulfur compounds
